Kl108 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read this document carefully before using kl108 services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all kl108 platform users registered in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kl108 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies displayed on this website.

To use kl108 services, you must:

  1. Being at least 18 years old or older in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws;
  2. Having full legal capacity to enter binding agreements;
  3. Non-residents of jurisdictions that prohibit participation in betting or online gaming activities;
  4. Not subject to any prohibitions previously imposed by kl108.

Kl108 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with the above terms. False registration or providing inaccurate information will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is allowed to register only one (1) account on the kl108 platform. Multiple accounts ownership is strictly prohibited and may lead to all related accounts being suspended and balances refunded after deducting applicable fees.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are fully responsible for:

  1. Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with any other parties;
  2. Notify kl108 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account;
  3. Ensure that all activities conducted through your account are known and authorized by you;
  4. Update your personal information whenever there are any changes.

Kl108 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

3. Payment, Deposit & Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the kl108 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow, and international bank transfers supported by the platform. kl108 does not accept payments in cryptocurrencies or foreign currencies unless specifically stated.

Payment-related terms are as follows:

  1. Minimum deposit is RM10 for FPX and DuitNow methods, subject to change at kl108's discretion;
  2. Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for deposits for security and fraud prevention purposes;
  3. Valid withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days, though actual time depends on the receiving bank;
  4. Kl108 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawals above a certain limit;
  5. Any attempt to circumvent or manipulate the payment system will result in immediate account suspension.

Account balances do not earn interest. kl108 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions

Kl108 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the platform:

  1. Use any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate games, odds, or outcomes;
  2. Communicating or colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes;
  3. Engaging in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity through the platform;
  4. Registering with false identity or using another person's account;
  5. Abuse promotions, bonuses, or special offers in violation of the stated terms;
  6. Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or illegal under Malaysian law.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account without notice, and kl108 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending internal investigation results.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Liability Limits

Kl108 provides the platform on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, kl108 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming or betting, service interruptions, or technical errors.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kl108 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of fraud, term violations, or illegal activities. Users whose accounts are closed for violations are not eligible for refunds of balances related to the problematic activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kl108 platform including logos, designs, text, and software are the exclusive property of kl108 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The kl108 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. kl108 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Accessing third-party sites is at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

Kl108 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version with updated effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the kl108 platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
